Technologywhat does the prefabrication of our homes look like?
Solid, durable and safe - that's what a real home should be. During the prefabrication of BOX HAUS zero-energy houses, we make sure that each of these conditions is met in the best possible way. We have perfected the process of preparing the individual elements of the structure to make sure that they will be a safe and comfortable place to live for BOX HAUS clients and their families. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the details of the technologies used in the implementation of our projects.
Construction processof the foundation plate
The construction of the foundation plate begins with earthworks. After pulling off the top layer of soil, layers of gradually compacted aggregates and sand are laid. At this stage all channels for future plumbing and electrical installations are prepared.
Next, XPS polystyrene (extruded polystyrene) is laid, which will act as both thermal insulation and waterproofing. A layer of waterproofing membrane is also placed over the insulation.
With us you will builda solid foundation
In places of structural walls, additional reinforcement is made. An insulation layer in the form of EPS polystyrene foam (roof-floor) is laid on the layer of XPS and foil. The last layer is the reinforcement made of 12 mm rebar. At last, concrete is poured over the entire structure and trowelled.
After the installation of walls, roof structure and distribution of all installations, the entire surface of the house is once again insulated with foil and EPS polystyrene foam and the final concrete pour is made.
