For the construction of individual houses, as with other developments, we use the prefabrication process. This means that the individual components of the structure are prepared in our factory and later assembled on the construction site. The difference lies in the fact that they are manufactured based on a unique, personalized design. The foundation of each house is certified KVH wood, while insulation and finishing materials are selected to ensure the highest quality and durability of the building. At the client's request, we install modern photovoltaic and recuperation systems that help to reduce home maintenance costs to a minimum.
