Technologywhat does the prefabrication of our homes look like?
Solid, durable and safe - that's what a real home should be. During the prefabrication of BOX HAUS zero-energy houses, we make sure that each of these conditions is met in the best possible way. We have perfected the process of preparing the individual elements of the structure to make sure that they will be a safe and comfortable place to live for BOX HAUS clients and their families. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the details of the technologies used in the implementation of our projects.
Save money by usingphotovoltaics
Photovoltaics, or more precisely photovoltaic installation, is a system that uses solar radiation, which is converted into electricity. The energy thus created, in the form of direct current, goes to the inverter, where, converted into alternating current, goes to the electrical system - with some of the energy going directly to the devices that are switched on at the time, while the excess of this electricity going to the external electrical grid, where is stored.
Keep the heat in your homethanks to recuperation
In a traditional gravity ventilation system, there is no heat recovery or humidity control. The air heated inside the building escapes to the outside. To avoid this, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, known as recuperation, is used. In this system, the air is drawn in through the intake, enters the recuperator, passes through a filter and is preheated by a heat exchanger. Further, the air is supplied to the rooms and heated to the desired temperature by the heating system. Whereas the air from the so-called "wet" rooms, i.e. the kitchen and bathroom, is sucked into separate channels. It passes through a heat exchanger in the recuperator and gives up its heat, and is then vented outside the building.
